Conservative, Innovative and Bold are just some of the words often used to describe Kevin England. With more than 30 years as a successful entrepreneur, Mr. England has channeled his fundamental values to ensure "that everybody is winning in the deal."

Mr. England's journey began on his family's farm in Pembroke, Ontario where he developed the appreciation and determination for hard work and success. He soon after graduated from Ottawa's Carleton University and naturally transitioned to IBM Canada Ltd. and later, Qualico Developments. Using the framework and proven success he absorbed and demonstrated at Qualico, Mr. England formed the England Group in 1986. Built on Kevin England's proven conservative approach, The England Group has successfully acquired over half a billion in assets since inception. Today, with a combined gross income of approximately $44 million per year, The England Group has consistently proved itself to be one of North America's premier real estate investment companies.

Mr. England resides in Vancouver with his three adult children living close by.
