The England Group hires independent management companies with expertise in specialized markets to conduct the on-site management of each of our investment properties. Our property managers provide direct supervision and guidance on a daily basis. We take our role of asset managers very seriously.

Accounting and Audit Consultants
Our accounting consultants, BDO Canada LLP, have also been working with us since our inception. In order to maintain a high standard of accountability and provide optimal returns to our investors, we conduct an audit for each project on an annual basis. Investors receive annually audited financial statements, as well as quarterly investor reports.
